It was a good hotel. Rooms was Clean. The quilts and pillows were old. Some of them were torn. The quality of the breakfast was reasonable. The quality of the food was very good. The water in the indoor pool was too hot for me. I did not like the lighting of the pool. It was very dark and depressing. There are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. What is strange for me is that there were no toothbrushes in the rooms and you had to buy them from the hotel. Another admirable thing was that the roof of the hotel was covered with solar panels that supplied the hotel with electricity.

Not good hotel Showers have problems, the water in panio Not coming down , with bad smell There is lady in reception working in day time Not respecting the guests Cold behavior Hotel expensive related to their bad service We made mistake when we choose this hotel One of our bad experience in our travel to stay there Also the man he responsible to reply my comments will lie and he will not correct information Iam Doctor and respect all people's, but the team of reception had very bad attitude, and impolite Alot of insects in rooms , Very dirty

First of all, i loved how clean the hotel and the room was. Amazing. The room service was also good. If you go to this hotel make sure get a massage. So calming and relaxing. And the hotel is easily accessible with shuttles from inside of yalova. The food could be alittle better but it wasn't bad. Overall loved the place.

Good evening! I am very pleased with the hotel, it is beautiful, clean and quiet. I was here for work for 2 days, I really liked it, the staff is friendly, if there are any questions, you can find a person at the reception 24/7 and ask for help, there are 2 swimming pools, a spa and a small shop in the hotel itself. Really enjoyed being here. I advise you to visit this such a nice place 👍🏻

We were really pleased with our staycation at Lova. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, especially Ms Aziza and Mr Murat. Would have given 5 stars but the pool had too much chlorine and had rubbish at the bottom on the far end plus we were expecting an open buffet for dinner instead of a set menu.
